Shipping policy

We ship all orders out within 1-3 business days and use a variety of couriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times can vary but normally take 1-10 business days from the time of fulfillment. Tracking numbers are provided with every order and we work with customers to locate orders if it is lost, missing, delayed, or in any other circumstance. 

Should your order be lost by the courier, we will replace it free of charge. If the order is sent and the address or any other information is incorrect which led to the order being delayed or lost, the customer may be responsible for the fee's to re-ship the order or replace it entirely.
