1) How long does shipping take?

Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-9 business days. You will receive tracking info with your purchase so you are kept up to date. 

2) What size downspout does it fit?

Please see our list of sizes on the product page to find the perfect fit. If we do not have your size, let us know! We're always expanding our product line. 

3) Are screws included with purchase? 

Screws are included. Each box comes with 8 screws. If you need more for any reason, we recommend #8 screws in 1/2 – 3/4 inch length. 

4) The swivel is not staying connected. 

 

Sometimes if the bottom portion of your downspout is longer than 4' feet, a support joint may be needed. We recommend these ones from Amazon. We are also working on our own in the meantime.  

 

5) Does this affect water flow? 

No, the system is designed to allow water and debris to flow through as usual. If your system does become clogged, you can simply remove your Drain-360 and wash it out. Then re-attach it.
